- Cancellations made within 7 days up to 48 hours before check-in will result in a 10% charge.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in a 50% charge.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
3. **Check-In and Check-Out**:
- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
4. **Damage Deposit**:
- A damage deposit is required, and the amount varies based on the property specifications.
5. **Guest Responsibilities**:
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and reporting any damages or issues immediately.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
